Seminar Registration & Payment Procedures
Registration
1. Click on the Seminar Registration
Form link below.
2. Completely fill out the Online Registration Form.
3. Click on the Submit Online Registration Now Button.
4. Your registration form will be immediately e-mailed to us.
5. E-mail confirmation of your registration will be sent to you.
6. If you prefer to mail in the completed registration form with
your enclosed check, print a copy of the form and mail it to:

7. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for the mailing.
8. If you desire written confirmation of your registration that
you mailed to us, please note it on the registration form.
Payment
ONLINE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT FORM
*NOTE: You do not have to have a PayPal
account!
You can use your credit card for payment. After you
click on the link above, scroll down on the left side
and click on the "Continue" button as a non PayPal member.
1. If you prefer to pay for the seminar by
firm or personal
check, enclose it with your completed registration form
and mail it to the above designated mailing address.
2. Please allow a minimum of 5 business days for the mailing.
3. We have an available online credit card option to pay for
seminars using the "PayPal system" which is a very secure
SSL credit card encryption payment system owned by Ebay.
4. PayPal requires that you use your e-mail address and create
a unique password that you will retain for future use anytime
that you use PayPal for credit card processing in the future.
In addition, PayPal requests the code numbers located on the
back of your credit card during submission of your online credit
card payment as a second form of protection for the transaction.
4. You will receive an e-mail acknowledgment of payment from
PayPal upon successful processing of your credit card payment
to retain for your business records as a payment receipt.
5. If you do not receive an e-mail acknowledgement of payment
from PayPal within a few minutes after submission of your
credit card payment, then your credit card transaction was not
successful which means that your account was not charged!
6. Later this year we will be adding a second credit card payment
option involving standard bank credit card processing for those
seminar registrants who prefer that option for payment.
