to Idaho attorneys: We have more than sufficient registrations for the Boise
seminar on 12/01 and it will proceed as scheduled.
We have not received sufficient registrations for the 11/29 Moscow seminar or
the 12/02 Idaho Falls seminar and those seminars
are hereby cancelled. We have received course approval for this seminar program
for 5.0 Hrs including .5 hr ethics. We will be
requesting clarification from the Idaho State Bar for an increase to 1.0 hr
ethics credit but will not receive any decision on same
until after the date of the Boise seminar.

most lawyers currently ignore and the resulting potential lawyer malpractice;
some of the issues regarding social media ethics impact on lawyer ethics; and
the hidden metadata contained within all electronic files that lawyers must
know.
